Bradpole Preschool is seeking a dedicated Leader/Manager.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to manage our small but dedicated team of trained professionals.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about Early Childhood Care and Education and who has experience in a preschool setting, ideally in a management role. This role would suit someone who has good organisation, communication skills, and passion for creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
As the Preschool Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Preschool including the following;

• Develop educational programmes and policies that are in line with the Early Years Foundation stage (EYFS Framework).
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children, 2-5 years old.
• Building a positive relationship with parents/carers.
• Assuring the preschool complies with all the new regulations and policies along with Local Authority and Ofsted requirements.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among staff.
• Recruiting, training and managing staff, (includes termly supervisions, yearly appraisals, managing staff rotas and staff ratios.
• Managing the budget with the support of a paid member of admin staff and working alongside the committee.

The position is a full-time position (a minimum of 30 hours), term time only but paid pro-rata.
Salary will depend on qualifications and experience.
Range £25,000 to £35,000 pro rata
