<p>Focus Nursery School is an Outstanding Day Care Provider and
is now looking for the right person that is qualified, experienced and
enthusiastic to join our team of highly motivated staff. Initially we are
looking for someone to work for 21+ hours per week.</p>
<p>You must be committed to working within the hours of 9:00 to 3:30
over 3 days on a Monday, Thursday and Friday. There is the opportunity
for additional hours after a successful probationary period.</p>
<p>Applicants should have 2 years' relevant experience in early
years with a sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage, Observation,
Assessment and Planning with any SENCo, ENCo, Safeguarding and Behaviour
Management roles an advantage. </p>
<p>There will be an expectation that you will be a key worker
and have the ability to liaise with parents, staff, carers and external
agencies appropriately and professionally with a good attitude and the ability
to use your initiative to contribute and provide the best possible outcomes for
our children in attendance and maintaining our ‘Outstanding’ reputation and
service in Wareham.</p>
