Dorset childcare jobs

We are a unique childminding setting in Blandford Forum caring for children aged 0 to 8.

We are looking for an enthusiastic childcare apprentice to work in our small, friendly setting. You will complete your Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner within the setting with no need to attend college.

You will need to have a genuine care for babies and children, the ability to laugh at jokes you don't understand or find funny, be happy to dress up, sing out of tune, read the same story over and over again and get messy.
Good communication skills are needed for talking to parents, colleagues and other grown ups and a commitment to completing the academic aspects of the apprenticeship.

Working hours will be approximately 30 hours per week with shifts between 7.30am and 5.30pm. We are closed all bank holidays and 4 weeks per year for annual leave.
