Little Beans Garland are looking to employ a passionate and motivated individual to become part of our friendly team and lead our pre-school. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and have a real interest in children's learning and development.

The role entails assisting the manager in ensuring the safe and smooth running of the nursery, in particular the pre-school. The ideal candidate must be able to follow Little Beans policies and procedures and have a good understanding of the EYFS and the Statutory requirements. As a Pre-school Room Leader, you would be a key person for a small group of children and must be able to plan activities for them as individuals.

Experience of being a room leader is desirable.

It is essential they have a level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification.

The successful applicant will need to complete an Enhanced DBS check and must be able to provide two satisfactory references prior to commencing employment.
