<table align="center" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" hspace="0" vspace="0">Focus Nursery School is an Outstanding Day Care Provider and is now looking for the right person that is enthusiastic to join our team of highly motivated staff.</table><table align="center" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"><br></table><table align="center" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" hspace="0" vspace="0">We are looking for someone to work for 5 mornings per week 9-12 working alongside a child with additional needs. You will be sharing your role with existing members of staff alternating supervision times.&nbsp;</table><table align="center" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"><br></table><table align="center" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" hspace="0" vspace="0">You must show commitment to working the 5 mornings per week to match the child's days of attendance.&nbsp;</table><table align="center" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"><br></table><table align="center" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" hspace="0" vspace="0">There will be an expectation that you will be a key worker with the ability to liaise with parents, staff, carers and external agencies appropriately and professionally with a good attitude and the ability to use your initiative to contribute and provide the best possible outcomes for our children in attendance and maintaining our ‘Outstanding’ reputation and service in Wareham.</table><table align="center" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"><br></table><table align="center" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" hspace="0" vspace="0">Applicants should preferably have 2 years' relevant experience in early years with a sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage, Observation, Assessment and Planning with any SENCo, SEND, Safeguarding and Behaviour Management roles an advantage.&nbsp;</table><table align="center" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"><br></table><table align="center" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" hspace="0" vspace="0">A DBS check will be required and preferably registered on the update service an advantage.&nbsp;</table>
