The Beacon Church Preschool is a well-established setting situated in the heart of the Canford Heath community.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Room Leader for our 3-4 year old room.
• To ensure a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for all the children in their care.
• To ensure all children are safeguarded and their welfare and safety is promoted.
• To give support to other team members within their immediate room and within the wider preschool.
• To work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment, in which all individual children can play, learn and develop.

Requirements
• Hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification.
• Work Monday to Friday 8-3.
• Be approachable and welcoming to all our children and families
The successful candidate will undergo suitability to work checks including 2 references and an enhanced DBS check
