Bourton & Zeals Preschool is a wonderful village Preschool set adjacent to St Georges Primary School. We pride ourselves on being a small “home from home” setting with emphasis on natural learning and play. We are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic preschool manager with plenty of vision and energy to lead our team from September 2021.

The successful professional needs to
• Show genuine care and compassion for the children in his/her care
•Inspire and motivate our young learners through creative and engaging experiences
•Good verbal and written communication skills.
•Demonstrate high expectations and a drive to enable all staff members to be the best that they can be
•Show a desire to grow, learn and lead
•Form excellent relationships within our team of staff, parents, children and committee members
•Have the ability to work effectively as part of our highly committed team
•Have high expectations around supporting Early Years Child Development and working within the EYFS
•Be committed to representing our Preschool positively and working towards its success across the local community
•Have good organisational skills and an ability to be flexible
•Demonstrate high levels of care, concern and understanding towards pupils.

•Level 3 NVQ or equivalent is essential, higher desirable
•4+ years’ experience essential, management desirable.
