Little Beans Garland are looking to employ motivated individuals to become part of our friendly early years team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and have a real interest in children's learning and development.

The role entails assisting the manager and room leaders in ensuring the safe and smooth running of the nursery. The ideal candidate must be able to follow Little Beans policies and procedures and have a good understanding of the EYFS and the Statutory requirements or eagerness to learn and develop knowledge. As a Nursery Practitioner, you would be a key person for a small group of children and must be able to plan activities for them as individuals.
