Outstanding Nursery

Position Overview

To work directly with the children of the nursery setting, supporting them in their learning and development. To provide the highest standard of care and safeguarding for children throughout the setting.

You would support the management to ensure the setting is compliant with Ofsted requirements and standards at all times.

You would need to be able to work flexible hours to ensure staff/child ratios are adhered to at all times between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday. Overtime may be available.

Requirements
• Good communication skills
• A passion to work with young children.
• Able to support staff on every level.
• Childcare qualifications at minimum Level 3.
• Enjoy team work.
