We have full and part-time positions available for people with a passion for early years to join our team!

Little Birch Pre-School in Blandford St Mary are currently recruiting Pre-School Assistants with a full and relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification to join our team. We are a committee supported, Ofsted ‘Good’ rated, charity setting for children aged 2 to 4 years.

We are looking for people with a positive outlook, who can create a warm and engaging learning environment with endless possibilities for children to reach their potential. We encourage the professional development of our staff and provide opportunities for further training.

If you are passionate about child development and working with children, have a good working knowledge of the EYFS and want to be part of a team with a progressive approach to early years, then we want to hear from you.

Our full-time position is for 39 hours per week, over 5 days, on a term time only basis and inclusive of paid lunch breaks. There is the possibility of extra hours to provide cover in case of staff absences.

Full time hours:

Monday - 08:30 - 16:30
Tuesday - 08:00 - 16:00
Wednesday - 08:00 - 16:00
Thursday - 08:30 - 16:00
Friday - 08:30 - 16:00
