This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic practitioner to join our team .

The job requires you to:
- Take the lead and manage your room effectively and confidently,
- To provide a fun, activity filled day that ensures children's individual needs and education are your proirity,
- Observe, track and assess individual children's development and learning journey via an online learning journal, planning for individual need, routines and preferences.
- to work in partnership with parents, carers and the whole preschool team.
- be professional, reliable and organised with a positive working attitude.

Skills/Qualifications
To hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare (Essential)
To be committed to undertaking further training or development as required.
Have a good understanding of child development
Be able to act under own initiative and to make decisions.
To have the ability to establish good relationships with children, parents and other staff, communicating clearly and sensitively.
To relate well to children and adults and work co-operatively with the staff team and with parents to share knowledge and expertise for the benefit of the children.
To be aware of and adhere to confidentiality.
