Dorset childcare jobs

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring person to join our nursery team who would like to train towards their level 2 childcare qualification whilst working in a nursery with babies and children under 5 years old.
The successful candidate will assist the Nursery Manager/Nursery practitioners in the following duties:
- create a stimulating and caring environment for children and to act as a parent figure. This includes attending to their physical, emotional, social and cognitive needs.
- plan, prepare, implement and participate in activities and programmes devised to promote all aspects of the development of the children
-To work towards the essential elements of a Carer's duties
- Attend training and keep up to date with safeguarding policy and procedures in order to be able to identify and report child abuse, or refer on children in need or at risk.
-To ensure that a safe and healthy environment exists at all times.
- assist in keeping the premises clean and tidy, including light domestic and practical duties
