Dorset childcare jobs

We are looking for a passionate, NVQ level 2 or 3 qualified member of staff with a recognised childcare qualification to join our small, friendly team. You must have a secure knowledge of how children learn and develop, and a sound understanding of the EYFS. We are open term time only and the hours would be 16 per week with a view to increase, mostly mornings to begin at 8.45am. Staff cover is also available

Our setting is a community interest company and we can accommodate a maximum of 36 children per session. Our children access the outdoor area at all times so a love of nature and the ability to embrace all areas of learning is essential. Safeguarding knowledge is required and to be able to work in a team, also using your own initiative. Wages are based on qualifications and experience
