Due to our rapidly increasing number of children attending our very recently refurbished setting we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Nursery Manager to lead our growing team at Little Ambers Nursery based at Manorside Academy, Poole.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record in leadership and management experience, an excellent knowledge of the EYFS, a SENCo qualification, and a commitment to delivering high quality care and education.

You will be responsible for leading the efficient and effective Nursery Provision with Ambitions Academies Trust, taking particular responsibility for provision at Little Ambers Nursery forming close relationships with the families within our community.

The ideal candidate needs to be packed with enthusiasm for an opportunity to lead an Early Years setting, think outside the box and inspire others to challenge themselves also, and above all, absolutely love working with children.
