An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at Woodland Day Nursery, where our passionate staff are dedicated to provide a beautiful, homely environment where children are the heart of everything we do.

The Nursery is a vibrant setting located at Southbourne/Pokesdown area in Bournemouth. We are registered to have 20 children on a daily basis whose ages range from 2 to 5 years old.

What is expected from you:

- We are looking for candidates to work 30 hours per week, on average.

- We need someone who is passionate, enthusiastic and energetic.

- We are looking for candidates to have knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and be confident in using this to track Children's development and record observations.

- To be able to follow children interest to extend and expand these to implement in the moment planning.

- You must be able to contribute a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children placed in the Nursery.

- This job is suited to someone who is an effective communicator working within a team, using their care. They will need a professional approach to both staff and parents, with a commitment to support the Management.

- We need someone who does not mind embracing their inner child, loves seeing those light bulb moments when they have made a difference and has a genuine passion to support every child to grow and reach their full potential.

- Relevant Level 3 Qualification

- Clear Enhanced DBS
