Taster Session for the Foundation Degree Early Years Services

Bournemouth and Poole College would like to invite committed practitioners with experience working within Early Years Foundation Stage/KS1 settings to an exclusive Taster Session for their course, FdA Early Years Services, partnered with The University of Wolverhampton on Tuesday 25th June 2019,  6 - 7 pm, Room 1004 at the North Road Campus, Poole.

This is a Level 5 qualification, achieved over 2 and a half years in connection with recognition of prior learning (RPL). They also offer progression to the level 6 for a BA (hons) degree. At the end of the session there will be a chance to meet with some of their current students willing to share their experiences of the course. There will also be time to ask questions regarding entry requirements, course costs and financial support that may be available.

What is involved?

10 modules including: 

  • Child Development
  • Children, Family and Society
  • Developing Critical Reflection
  • Developing Knowledge and Understanding in Young Children
  • Language and Literacy in the Early Years
