National Apprenticeship Week celebrates apprenticeships and the positive impact they have on individuals, employers and the economy.

An apprenticeship can fit with all lifestyles, regardless of age, disability, gender stereotypes, part time employees as an alternative to ‘traditional’ training routes.  They are for anyone not just for school leavers and young people.

Apprenticeships are currently available for

  • level 2 or 3 early years or playwork
  • level 5 Children and Young People and Families Manager
  • level 3, 5, 6 or 7 leadership

They can be a new job that requires new knowledge and skills or an existing job role where an individual can upskill and develop their knowledge and skills.
